Zipadeedoodah Kids Limited detail the terms and conditions below, which you are bound to as a customer by ordering products from our website www.zipadeedoodahbabies.com. The contract between Zipadeedoodah Kids Limited and you (“Customer”) is bound once payment is processed.

If Zipadeedoodah Kids Limited reasonably believes that you are providing untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information, we may choose to terminate your transaction.
You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, our online shopping service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not liable to you, if we are unable to supply a particular product, but will endeavour to deliver a substitute garment where possible.
We offer shipment (using Royal Mail postal service) to anywhere in the United Kingdom at a flat rate of £2.99 per order. Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address selected on "checkout" and are subject to availability and receipt of payment. We do our best to secure delivery within 3 - 5 working days from the date that payment of your order has been secured, but will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
You will only be given ownership of the product/s once full payment is received by Zipadeedoodah Kids Limited.
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return a product/s. Zipadeedoodah Kids Limited will provide a refund (which will terminate the contract between you “The Customer” and Zipadeedoodah Kids Limited), as long as the product/s are returned in their original state, unused and in original packaging (including the Keedo Kids swing tag).
Please email us (email@example.com) your proof of purchase and confirm the product/s you would like to return, within 14 days upon receiving your delivery from us. We will acknowledge your refund request and confirm how to process your return. You (“The Customer” have a further 14 days to return the product/s.
We have the right to refuse a refund if the product/s are damaged, soiled in anyway or if the Keedo Kids swing tag is missing, as we will be unable to resell the product/s.
Upon receipt of the returned product/s, we will process the refund (usually the same method in which “The Customer” has paid) due to you as soon as possible, in any case, within 14 days of receiving the product/s back.
The price of our products and our delivery charges, as quoted on our website are liable to change from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Product prices include VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
Your payment through our website will be processed by Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb), you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe (which acts as your proof of purchase).
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

This agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
